Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Otakufirst.in customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to assist our customers wherever possible and therefore maintain a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be accepted only on the same day the order is placed.

Requests may not be approved if the order has already been processed, communicated to vendors, or shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Support Team on the same day of delivery.

The request will be reviewed after verification by the merchant. Approval will be subject to confirmation of the issue.

Product Not as Described

If the product received does not match the description or images shown on the website, or does not meet your expectations, you must contact our customer support on the same day of receiving the product.

Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate action, which may include a refund or replacement.

Manufacturer Warranty Products

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer or authorized service center directly.
